What is used
The public website does not currently load analytics, advertising pixels or embedded third-party video players. Project media is served directly. Essential hosting and security processing supports delivery and abuse prevention; it is not used for advertising.
Your appearance preference
When you actively select a light or dark theme, vf-theme is stored in this browser’s local storage. This first-party setting remembers the appearance you requested. It has no automatic expiry and remains until you clear it using Cookie settings or your browser controls. It contains only the selected theme, not your enquiry details.
Administration and enquiries
WordPress uses authentication and security cookies for authorised administrators who sign in. Public visitors do not need to sign in. The enquiry form uses signed tokens, a honeypot, duplicate protection and a short-lived hashed connection-address limit on the server. These are security measures, not advertising profiles.
Your controls
Open Cookie settings in the footer to clear your saved appearance. Browser settings can also remove or block cookies and local storage. Blocking essential functions may affect sign-in or form security. There is no optional analytics or marketing consent to enable in the current release. If such tools are introduced, this policy and the consent controls must be updated before they run.
