PRIVACY NOTICE
YOUR INFORMATION. A CLEAR PURPOSE.
How Vantify handles website visits, project enquiries and related correspondence. Updated 15 October 2026.

ENQUIRIES
What we collect and why.
When you contact us, we collect your name, email address and project description, together with any optional company, website, service interest and timing information you provide. We use this to assess your request, respond and discuss a possible engagement.
Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract with you, that is our lawful basis. For business-representative correspondence and general questions, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to relevant enquiries and running the business. We do not add you to a marketing list because you contact us.
Name, email and a description are required by the form so we can respond meaningfully. Providing them is voluntary; without enough contact or project information we may be unable to help. Please do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive customer records.
WEBSITE OPERATION
Security and preferences.
Our hosting infrastructure processes technical request information, such as connection addresses and browser/request details, to deliver and protect the website. We rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the service reliable and preventing abuse.
The enquiry form uses a signed security token, a honeypot, duplicate protection and a short-lived hashed connection-address limit. The form does not copy raw connection addresses into enquiry records. Hosting security logs are separate.
The site remembers your chosen light or dark appearance locally in your browser. It contains no external analytics or advertising tracker in this release. Interaction events remain within the page and do not send enquiry content to a measurement service. There is no automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects about you.
SERVICE PROVIDERS
Where information goes.
Enquiries are stored in restricted WordPress records on Hostinger hosting. Authorised administration and technical support may access information where needed to operate the service. Titan provides our domain email; correspondence and enabled form notifications pass through that service. We do not sell enquiry information.
Hosting and email providers use infrastructure and subprocessors that may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Their published data-processing terms describe international-transfer safeguards, including contractual protections. You may contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your enquiry. See Hostinger privacy information and Titan data-processing terms.
RETENTION
Keep information for a purpose.
We retain enquiry information while the discussion is active and afterwards only where needed for agreed follow-up, an engagement, applicable legal obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of claims. We review closed enquiries and remove information that no longer serves those purposes. If an enquiry becomes a client engagement, relevant correspondence becomes part of the project record.
Short-lived abuse-prevention records expire automatically. Deleted information may remain in protected hosting or email backups until those backups rotate; it is not used for ordinary business activity. Retention depends on the nature of the record, outstanding commitments and applicable obligations rather than an indefinite marketing purpose.
YOUR RIGHTS
Ask about your information.
Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where consent is used, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. We may need to verify identity before releasing or changing personal information.
Send requests to info@vantifymedia.com. You can also complain to Ireland’s Data Protection Commission or another competent supervisory authority.
