By accessing or using the Vantify Media website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Vantify Media provides digital marketing services including SEO, social media management, web development, content marketing, PPC advertising, and email marketing. Service details and deliverables are outlined in individual client agreements.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in your service agreement. Monthly retainers are billed at the beginning of each month. Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and materials created by Vantify Media for clients become the client's property upon full payment. Our proprietary tools and processes remain our intellectual property.

5. Limitation of Liability

Vantify Media shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dublin, Ireland.
